“So maybe we are caught in an endless cycle of screwups and hurt feelings, but I choose to believe it’s just the universe’s way of molding us into some kind of supergroup. (…) Prepared for any insane adventure life throws our way. And I don’t know about you, but I’m looking forward to every one of them.”

community easter eggs: #6 Streets Ahed
Back on 2010, Hulu made a “Best Of TV” poll, in which Community beat many popular shows and placed on the final four. Upset, @amyfairycakes tweeted to Dan Harmon: “both Modern Family and Glee are streets ahead of your meta bullshit”. After seeing the tweet, Harmon retweeted it and added “~ this tweet’s theme song: http://bit.ly/c3XUSh”, and kept on mocking @amyfairycakes for using that term., with witty puns, animated videos and ultimately, putting the term in one of his scripts. Trying to get back at Harmon, “Amy” noted that streets ahead is a term that’s “in common parlance in ireland & UK” and “not a wacky phrase I just conjured up.” Dan replied: “You’re telling me the only two words you put together that moved me aren’t yours? But aren’t you a writer? You said ‘meta.’”
“So, what are we going to do? We literally can’t get up any earlier!”
#it’s amazing how this gifset itself is amusing #but it’s not even half as funny as the actual scene is with sound #because if you don’t think donald glover is the best at line delivery then you’re wrong
American Sword Cooks is a reality show in which contestants compete by cooking different dishes. The contestants themselves do not use swords in their cooking. Only the judges do. Every week, the judges disagree about which contestant cooked the best thing. And to settle their disputes, they must sword fight each other. The swords are real, and there is a real element of danger in this. The producers of American Sword Cooks (Trobed) feel this is what differentiates their show from all other reality cooking shows.
Blind/Blonde is more or less what you see is what you get. Annie Jenkins was born blind, but was raised to believe there’s nothing she can’t do. She enrolled in surgery school and was the top of her class. She does surgery by feeling the organs. The problem is her hospital, Greenhealth Main, can’t insure her unless they pair her with a sighted surgeon. Enter Britta Portnoy, The worst surgeon in surgery school. Now the two of them have to navigate surgery - and dating - together. Annie has never dated (she’s blind, duh). So in addition to helping her with surgery, Britta also helps her go on dates. There is a kiss in episode 12. [x]
